Basic Information
pH value: A symbol for indicating the density of hydrogen ions. PH is neutral. Values higher than 7 are alkaline and those lower than 7 are acidic.
 
 
 
 

Electrolyzed water: High voltage is applied to the negative pole of the water tank, suplying electrons. It is believed than when water is supplied with an abundant amount of electrons, the activated clusters decrease in size.

Water from hot springs: Although more minerals are prezent than in normal water as many hot springs contains sodium this type of water is not suitable for drinking. Excessive consumtion of sodium is ill-advised.

Wave motion water: Also called information water. It is believed that the wave motion (information) od substances around the water are received and stored. When the wave motion of a heathy person is transcribed to the water, the wave motion water/information water will improve the health of the person drinking the water. However there is no way to prove the validity of this theory.

About Kangen WaterTM
At a pH value of greater than pH 11, the redox potential of strong Kangen WaterTM is within the -700mV and lower range. Strong Kangen WaterTM contains a very small amount of sodium hydroxide, which improves cleaning power. In order to maximize disinfectant property, wash with Strong Kangen WaterTM before using strong acidic water.

Removes the proteins and fats which are the cause of bacterial growth.
Good for rinsing fresh fish.

About Strong Acidic Water
Strong acidic water is the electrolytic water with electroc potential, which includes the hypochlorous acid generated from the anode side when electrolysis is caused. It is produced by adding electrolysis enhancer (salt water) to tap water. It is not a chemical. Generally, when lower than pH 2,7, it has a redox potential of more tha +1.100mV.
In the food industry, strong acidic water is regarded as having excellent disinfecting properties ans can be substituted for alcohol and hypochlorine sodium. Iln the medical-care industry, the water is widely used for preventing the spread of infection within hospitals, disinfecting medical equipment, general cleaning, as well as for washing hands. In the agricultural industry, the water has received great interest for its ability to reduce the amount of agricultural chemicals needed.
